Data deletion

Disconnect one provider or remove the whole FeedMosaic account.

Disconnect a social account

  1. Sign in and open Connections.
  2. Select the disconnect control beside YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
  3. FeedMosaic removes its stored provider tokens. Existing imported metadata remains in private feeds until you delete the feed or account.

Delete the FeedMosaic account

  1. Sign in and open Billing.
  2. Select “Delete account” and confirm.
  3. FeedMosaic cancels an active subscription, revokes connection credentials, ends sessions, removes feeds and imported content, and anonymizes the remaining account record.

Request help

If you cannot access the account, email privacy@feedmosaic.com from the account email address. Billing and legally required transaction records may be retained for the applicable retention period.
